Winners in Florida Forensics League for Panhandle Region
Niceville, FL, February 5, 2018– the FFL Varsity State Qualifier Tournament that was held Saturday, 3 February, brought speech and debate teams from across the Panhandle Region One together to compete for varsity state tournament to be held in Orlando, FL, the 2nd and 3rd of March.
Niceville High School is a National Speech and Debate Association ranked team that has sent our students to nationals 13 times, consecutively for the past three years even qualifying freshmen who have qualified at the national level.
We are proud of all the schools in our region who have teams that compete in forums in both speech and debate. Colleges look highly upon forensics for scholarship consideration; moreover, the art of rhetoric—speech and debate—teaches life skills that benefit students into Real-Life 101.
