The Okaloosa County Annie T. Mitchell Academic Awards Program will be presented on the following dates.
Seniors will be recognized at the Senior Awards Program at the Mattie Kelly Fine Arts and Performing Arts Center at Okaloosa-Walton College on May 15, 2008 at 6:00P.M. Each senior will receive a written invitation sometime in April.

TO QUALIFY
At the end of the seventh semester, honor graduates will de determined by the following weighted scale:
Summa Cum Laude Magna Cum Laude Cum Laude
4.5 And above 4.2-4.49 4.0-4.19
Honors graduates will be determined by averaging the following highest 19 credits
3.5 English Credits
3.5 Social Studies
3.5 Math Credits
3.5 Science Credits
1.5 Foreign Language Credits of the same language
3.5 Elective Credits

Underclassmen will be recognized on April 29th in the Niceville High Auditorium.
Freshmen and Sophomore will be recognized at 8:00 a.m.
Juniors and Seniors will be recogniezed at 10:00 a.m.
To Qualify:
Juniors should have a 4.2 WGPA or higher or 3.9 UWGPA or higher at the end of the 5th semester.
Sophomores should have a 4.2 WGPA or higher or 3.9 UWGPA or higher at the end of their 3rd semester.
Freshman should have a 4.0 WGPA or higher or 3.9 UWGPA at the end of their 1st semester.
All students should receive an invitation in early April.
